Where are you located?
Our kitchen is in Knoxville, Tennessee, and we make custom cookies for clients across the state, including a growing list in Nashville. We offer pickup and local delivery around Knoxville, and we ship throughout Tennessee.
Can you ship?
Absolutely. We ship throughout Tennessee all the time, including to Nashville, Chattanooga and Memphis. See shipping across Tennessee. Around Knoxville we also offer pickup and local delivery.
How far in advance should I order?
We prefer a couple of weeks' notice. Larger orders need more lead time for production, so reach out as early as you can. Short on time? Ask anyway: we'll do what we can to make it work if time allows.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Our minimum order is 2 dozen (24 cookies).
How much do custom cookies cost?
Most of our custom cookies run $4.50 to $6.00 per cookie, depending on the order, the design and the packaging. You'll get an exact quote with your proof, before you commit to anything.
How does the design proof work?
After you tell us about your order, we design your cookies and send you a private link to review them. You can approve, or ask for changes, right from your phone. What's on the approved proof is exactly what we make. Your proof is a realistic rendering of the design concept for your cookies. We don't bake and decorate custom samples for each order; the photos in our gallery show real examples of our work.
How do I reserve my date?
Approve your proof and pay a deposit. That locks in your date.
What's the difference between hand-piped and printed cookies?
Hand-piped cookies are decorated entirely by hand in royal icing, with texture and dimension; they're perfect for birthdays, showers, weddings and holidays. Printed cookies use high-resolution edible ink to reproduce a logo, artwork or photo exactly on every cookie; they're ideal for businesses and large orders. Many sets mix both.
Can you put our logo on cookies?
Yes. Send the best version you have (a transparent PNG, SVG or PDF is ideal) and we'll print it crisply on every cookie. We can even make a custom cutter in the shape of your logo. See logo and corporate cookies.
Are your cookies sugar cookies?
Not exactly. Our signature recipe is somewhere between a sugar cookie and shortbread. New flavors are in the works. See flavors.
What allergens are in your cookies?
Our cookies contain wheat, milk and egg. They are not made with peanuts, soy or tree nuts, but they're baked in a kitchen that may also handle those, so we can't guarantee no contact. Our icing uses almond flavoring. Please ask about any allergy before ordering.
Are you a licensed bakery?
We're a Tennessee home-based bakery operating under the Tennessee Food Freedom Act. This product was produced at a private residence that is exempt from state licensing and inspection. This product may contain allergens.
Can cookies be individually wrapped?
Yes. Individually wrapped cookies are great as party favors, wedding favors and corporate gifts.
