- Approve and reserve: a deposit locks in your date. The proof is a realistic rendering of your design; we don't bake custom samples for each order.
- Delivery: pickup in Knoxville, Knoxville-area delivery, or shipping anywhere in Tennessee, including Nashville.

We design and make our own cookie cutters, so the cookie itself can be the shape of your logo, product or mascot. Add hand-piped borders or lettering around a printed logo for a finished look.
Timing and quantity
Our minimum order is 2 dozen. We prefer a couple of weeks' notice, and larger orders need more lead time for production, so reach out as early as you can.

The best version you have: a transparent PNG, an SVG, or a PDF from your designer. A screenshot can work; we'll tell you if it will print cleanly.
Can cookies be individually wrapped for gifting?
Yes. Individually wrapped cookies are ready to hand out at events or tuck into gift boxes.
Do you deliver to offices?
Yes. We deliver around the Knoxville area and ship throughout Tennessee, including to Nashville offices and venues.

Most of our custom cookies run $4.50 to $6.00 per cookie, depending on the order, the design and the packaging. You'll get an exact quote with your proof, before you commit to anything.
